SPEAR WORKSHOP NOV 2019
This was the first time we organised a specialised workshop for students in the Tai Chi weapon of Spear. The event was fully booked with students from Cheddington, Tring, Berkhamsted, Potten End and Coleshill. This was a chance for students to take their Tai Chi to the next level by studying the techniques of the Spear with self defence applications and the Spear Form. It was an afternoon of hard work but lots of fun!

TAI CHI KUNG FU FAN WORKSHOPS 2019
specialised workshops for this fun and dynamic form have been introduced for students, and are run a few times each year.
The workshop covers the form movements and techniques in stages. The Form is set to music and takes a lot of practice to master, plus it is very energetic and a good workout for the body and the brain! We did 3 workshops for the Fan in 2019 which all ran successfully at Tring Martial Arts venue.

Tai Chi demo at Woodland Manor Care Home

Dec 2018

4 students from Cheddington & Tring gave a Tai Chi demonstration to residents and staff at Woodland Manor Care in Chalfont St Peter. The demo included Group Hand Form, Partner Push Hands Demonstrations, Group San Shou and Tui Shou routine, Solo Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan routine and then everyone was invited to join in and try a few relaxing movements to music! Students took time afterwards to hand out chocolates and chat with the residents!

Classes are regularly held at the care home for residents to help improve mobility, flexibility for health relaxation and well being.
